For many Autistic adults, yes. Self-identification is widely accepted within the Autistic community, and adults are usually reliable narrators of their own neurology, especially after the reading and reflection that tends to lead someone to a screen like this. Can a test like this confirm I'm Autistic?

The RAADS-R is scored out of 240, and a total of 65 or above is the threshold the research uses to flag that Autistic traits are likely present. Higher bands (roughly 90 and up, then 130 and up) line up with scores commonly reported by formally diagnosed Autistic adults. Below 65 doesn't rule anything out. It's a signal, not a verdict.

Asperger's isn't a separate diagnosis anymore; since 2013 it has been folded into the autism spectrum, which is what the RAADS-R covers. "Highly sensitive person" isn't a clinical category at all, though a lot of experiences described that way overlap with Autistic traits.
